Division winners earn the top four seeds. The TPS champion is the seven seed if otherwise out of the playoffs.
Divisional ties are broken first and the results carry through to inter-divisional tie breaks.
Inter-divisional Head to Head resolution requires one team sweeps (or loses to) all other teams under consideration.

RR has clinched East division and the one seed.
AN has clinched playoff slot.
KW has clinched playoff slot. 


Week 13 scenarios
AN clinches the North with a win (vs BD) or DP (vs BH) loss.
KW clinches the South with a win (at DD)  
AP clinches the West with a win (vs HT) and GR loss (vs PP)

The are undoubtedly various wild card clinching scenarios. Eight wins will most likely result in making the playoffs. A seven win team will probably make it. At least one seven win team will definitely miss out.
